A challenging and highly effective class that will develop your physique, strength, flexibility, and mental concentration. Borrowing from power yoga and vinyasa tradition as well as Bryan's ongoing work with senior Iyengar teacher John Schumacher, Prana Power will help you develop your inner power and strength. Drop-ins are welcome.
